Marketing
This module will be primarily used by Marketing and Sales personnel like

Vertical Managers
They can manage their teams and view the performance of the teams at the team level and at the individual levels. He can interact with anyone in his vertical through comments/feedback and messages.
 
Branch Managers
They can manage their verticals and view the performance of the verticals at the vertical level and at the individual levels. He can interact with anyone in his branch through comments/feedback and messages. They can assign credit limits to customers and view customer history.
 
 
Telecallers
They can add/import leads, record call results and generate enquiries. They can also keep track of their performance and managers comments/feedback. They will have email and SMS alerts apart from popup alerts for call backs.
 
Team Leads
They can view the enquiries generated and assign/reassign them to sales executives for conversions. They can view the performance of each individual in the sales and telecaller teams and send comments/feedback to help improve performance.
 
Sales Executives
They can add/import their leads, view assigned enquiries and update the status, fix appointments and follow up on prospective clients. They will have email and SMS alerts apart from popup alerts for appointments and follow ups. They can create sale orders, service orders, rental orders, check stock and send indents to stores. They can track the progress of an order.
 
Service
This module deals with service requests. They can view service orders, track/update status and create dispatch request. They can send indents to stores for spare parts. They will have email, sms and popup alerts for service deadline reminders.
 
Stores
This module deals with inventory management. They can manage all products and parts, manage store locations, create purchase order requests, receive goods, track purchase orders, track inventory, create service requests, create dispatch/pickup requests. They will have email, sms and popup alerts for various inventory related issues.
 
Finance
This module deals with the finance approval process for payments and salaries. It is also responsible for setting the incentive structure for performance. They can view the purchase order approval requests and approve/reject them. They will have email, SMS. Popup alerts to speed up the approval process. They will also have access to customer history and alerts for exceeding customer credit limits.
 
Accounts
This module deals with receivables and payables. They will keep track of all income and expenses. They will have email, sms and popup alerts for payments and receivables.
 
Logistics
This module deals with dispatch of goods for delivery after sales/service or rental. They can view dispatch/pickup requests and update status. They have email, sms, popup alerts related to pickup and delivery requests and status.
 
Purchase
This module deals with purchase. They can view purchase order request. Manage/evaluate vendors. View vendor history and performance. They can create purchase orders and update/track purchase order status. They can send approval requests for POs. They have email, sms, popup alerts related to PO status.
 
HR
This module deals with Human resource management. They can Manage Employees, configure leaves and holidays, configure allowances and deductions. They can view attendance and generate salary statements. They can view leave requests and escalate for approval/rejection.
 
Admin
This module will deal with the configuration of various parameters to run the software and setup the roles and permissions for the user to access various modules and functionalities. The admin (GM/MD) will have access to all functionalities of all modules and all reports at all levels in a drill down approach.
 
Chat Module
This is a facility for employees to interact with each other.It will be configured with group privileges.
 
Attendance Recording Device Integration
The software will be integrated with a attendance recording system to manage salaries based on configurable rules and regulations.
